Many companies work with hazardous substances, each of which carries a specific risk. The risks of these dangerous substances are often difficult to assess. It is therefore necessary within the company, to have an inventory and evaluation (R&I) of these substances. The RI&E of the dangerous goods is done by means of an inspection / control on the work floor. Risks of hazardous substances are often difficult to estimate. Quantities, concentrations and dangers differ per substance and per activity. Very often it is not known which hazardous substances are present exactly. In order to quickly gain insight into possible risks, Adviesgroep Transport en Logistiek offers this inspection/check for hazardous substances.
The hazardous materials inspection/control process includes;
- A Risk Inventory & Evaluation of hazardous substances is carried out;
- A brief report is made of the RI&E;
- It looks at where possible exposure to Hazardous Substances may occur;
Based on this, together with those responsible within your organization, it can be determined what steps can be taken to minimize the risks to personnel. In general terms, the report uses our dashboard to indicate the current state of affairs within the company.
